PSZ系列砂石整形機(jī)是我公司技術(shù)人員研發(fā)的新型設(shè)備，適用于抗壓強(qiáng)度在300MPa以下的各種礦石和巖石物料顆粒整形，可根據(jù)用戶要求，選用不同轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速和不同電機(jī)功率的組合，以滿足用戶不同的需要。本系列設(shè)備可根據(jù)用戶的要求，很方便地改成石打鐵的制砂機(jī)，我公司的砂石整形機(jī)和制砂機(jī)大部分零件可以互通互換。
PSZ系列砂石整形機(jī)由主體、進(jìn)料管、襯架、軸系、轉(zhuǎn)子及電動(dòng)機(jī)組成，在物料入口兩側(cè)安裝有空氣循環(huán)裝置，使轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)和粉塵在機(jī)器內(nèi)部循環(huán)，以減少粉塵污染。而高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子，由于精確地調(diào)整了平衡，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了低噪音、低振動(dòng)。由于采用了特殊的耐磨件，延長(zhǎng)了轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)易損件的使用壽命。

PSZ Series Shaping Machine is developed by our company. It is suit for crushing all kinds of rock material which compression strength less than 300 MPa into cubes. According to different needs, the rotor speed and the electrical power can be arbitrar chosen.Some parts of SCBL series can be remodeled into SX series easily.

PSZ Series Sand Shaping Machine is composed of feeding pipe,shaft,rotor and motor.Air-cycle unit is assembled on two sides of feeding port,which can prevent dust from discharging outside.The rotor going round and round at a high speed produce less noise and vibration .Because we select special,life of the rotor is prolonged.

注：1、以上處理量是在抗壓強(qiáng)度為150-160MPa,堆密度為1.6t/m3,水分不大于1.5%的條件下得出。
2、給料均勻、連續(xù)。
3、上表所列是可以破碎物料的給料尺寸，但從破碎率和易損件的壽命考慮，希望提供< 40mm的物料。
Note:1.Above data is get under the condition that compression strength is 150-160 MPa and pile density is 1.6t/m3，and water content does not exceed 1.5%.

2.Feeding is continuous and even.

3.In view of output and service life of damageable parts, it is better to feed material less than 40 mm.
